Bill Dippo grew up traveling the World with his military officer father and family.  Bill lived in  Japan, Germany, New York, Maryland, Virginia, California and finally settled in San Antonio Texas just in time to start High School. After graduating from MacArthur HS, Bill was soon off to Denton, Texas to attend North Texas State and later SMU for real estate studies to attain his real estate brokers license.

His real estate career began in Denton working primarily Farm & Ranch properties with Barns Realty.  Later Bill moved to the Park Cities area of Dallas to associate with Lou Smith Realtors, where he worked with commercial clients and investors while the Dallas real estate market heated up in the early 1980s.  Having a background in construction and remodeling was definitely an asset to advise those looking to buy and flip homes in the Dallas real estate frenzy at that time, and continues to be beneficial knowledge in the Austin real estate world today.

After moving to Austin in 2011, Bill began in earnest his full-time real estate career, eventually opening his own brokerage to focus on properties just West of Austin in Bee Cave, Lakeway and Spicewood.  Bill has decided to bring his years of experience and real estate savvy to the professional team at River Hills Group with KW’s  Lakeway office and looks forward to working with clients in the greater Austin area.  It’s the research, strategy, and execution of real estate transactions, combined with excitement and gratitude from clients that have kept Bill inspired to continue pursuing a career in real estate for over 40 years.
